I've spent my whole life surrounded by animals, though the majority of my childhood and into adulthood was spent in a barn learning all the ins and outs of the horse world. While attending college for Behavioral Biology, I was given the opportunity to train dogs... And my life's path was set from there as my passion grew into what it is today.
My love of academics hasn't left me and I'm constantly in pursuit of continued education. Attending training seminars, conferences and workshops every year. PDT accredited, Fear Free certified (cooperative care)
CTDI & AKC CGC/Tricks evaluator.
My love of dog sports has also grown over the years, and I participate and compete in a variety of sports including agility, disc, dock diving, barn hunt, bikejoring and Schutzhund with my pack.
